Director
With a dynamic career spanning over a decade in the human resources industry, Jasmine’s expertise lies in providing tailored HR solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of workforce management and compliance.
Jasmine’s experience includes a strong foundation in workplace relations and employee engagement. Her extensive experience includes leading initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, and organisational development across various industries, including healthcare, education, technology, tourism, hospitality, energy, retail, customer service, transport, trades and manufacturing.
Having worked with businesses with 1500+ employees across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, but also companies with 50 – 100 employees – Jasmine brings a breadth of experience that allows her to implement HR best practice in your organisation.
At CCG, Jasmine is dedicated to delivering best practice HR strategies that align with the unique needs of each client. Her approach is centred on building strong relationships, understanding business goals, and implementing effective solutions that drive growth and enhance workplace culture.
Director
Riley is a qualified lawyer who worked for one of Australia’s fastest growing law firms in Sydney, where he consulted to ASX-100 listed companies including Optus, L’Oreal, Australia Post, Medibank and Specsavers. He worked with these companies to help them outsource legal tasks, and also offered highly experienced, on-demand legal talent to support in-house legal teams with projects, or augment capacity.
During this time, he helped to recruit and manage a full bench of lawyers with a range of specialty skill sets and experience levels, who were available to be placed into legal functions within a matter of days. Since then, Riley has built two businesses so has an intimate understanding and appreciation of the challenges our client’s face on a day to day basis. Riley has also been a member of Entrepreneurs Organisation for 7 years, which helps leading entrepreneurs learn, grow and scale their businesses.
HR Partner
Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Grace brings a decade of experience to the CCG team. Previously working with the Attorney General’s Department, TAFE SA and most recently, the South Australian Business Chamber, Grace has experience advising their 3,000 members on Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Grace works closely with our clients to provide advice, coach leadership and help them with their most important asset – their people.
HR Partner
Isabella is a dedicated HR professional with hands-on experience across generalist HR, recruitment and compliance. Before joining Cornerstone Consulting Group, she supported growing teams at Kean Energy Resources and B&E Foods, where she helped develop HR systems, streamline onboarding and performance processes, and championed employee well-being initiatives.
With a knack for creating structure in fast-moving environments, Isabella enjoys building usable systems that still keep people at the heart of every process. She brings a calm, practical approach to HR, balancing the human side of workplace challenges with a strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and operational needs.
HR Coordinator
Ella is the first point of contact for many of our clients, supporting their day-to-day HR needs across employment documentation, policy queries, onboarding and offboarding, compliance tracking, and the steady stream of coordination work that keeps a busy HR function running. She works closely with our HR Partners to ensure clients get timely, accurate support and that nothing falls through the cracks, whether that is drafting a contract, preparing onboarding materials, or following up on the detail that matters.
Ella brings a background in anthropology and management from the University of Adelaide, where she was awarded the Adelaide Business School’s Outstanding Achievement Award in Organisational Behaviour. She is naturally curious about how people and organisations work, and pairs that with a calm, practical approach to getting things done.
HR Administrator
Marvie brings extensive administrative experience to the CCG team and is the glue that holds everything together. She works behind the scenes to ensure our operations run seamlessly, supporting both our consultants and our clients.
From contract audits and onboarding to offboarding and documentation, Marvie keeps processes organised and compliant. By working hand in hand with our team, she helps us deliver efficient, reliable HR solutions — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
