Your work might include reviewing contracts, drafting policies, coaching a manager, supporting recruitment or visiting a client. You will work with business owners and their teams, with colleagues available to share ideas and help work through complex matters.
The mix changes with client needs. There is time for follow-up, documentation and learning together, as well as the conversations that make our work useful.
