For small and medium businesses, it often doesn’t make sense to invest $100k+ on a full-time HR resource. Unfortunately this means that quite often, people and culture are somewhat of an after-thought, even though your team is your most important asset in helping you reach your goals. We founded CCG to help small and medium businesses address this challenge, at a fraction of the cost of a part or full-time hire.

An outsourced HR consultant handles the people side of your business without you needing an internal HR team. At CCG that covers employment contracts, workplace policies, Fair Work compliance, performance management, employee relations issues and recruitment.
We work as your embedded HR partner. That means your managers have someone to call before a problem becomes a formal one, and your documents and processes stay current as workplace laws change.
Retainers typically start at $3,500 per month plus GST. This is proactive, embedded support: we get to know your business and can run agreed processes such as onboarding as your team grows.
Hourly advice is typically $250–$350 plus GST. Defined projects, including an HR Health Check, have a fixed scope and fee agreed upfront. Health Checks generally take 4–6 weeks.

It depends on how you want to work with us. Hourly advice and fixed-fee projects have no ongoing commitment at all, you use us when you need us. Ongoing retainers are 12-month agreements, which is what lets us properly embed in your business and price the support fairly.
