CHOOSING AN HR CONSULTANT
If you need HR expertise but do not have enough ongoing work for a full-time role, outsourced HR support gives you access to an experienced team. The right arrangement depends on your workload, internal capability and the tasks you want us to own.
Retainers typically start at $3,500 per month plus GST for proactive, embedded support. Hourly advice is typically $250–$350 plus GST. For a defined project, we agree the scope and fee upfront.

Can you help a business with around 20 employees?
Yes. Our typical clients have around 10–150 employees. For a team of about 20, we can help with everyday people matters, contracts, onboarding and manager support. You can start with hourly advice or a defined project, or choose ongoing support if you need regular help.
Do you provide onsite HR support in Adelaide?
Yes. We are based in Parkside and support businesses across Adelaide. Onsite support is available as part of the agreed scope. We also support businesses across Australia remotely.
Do we need to commit to a retainer?
No. Hourly advice and fixed-fee projects can stand alone. Our ongoing retainers are 12-month agreements for businesses that need proactive, embedded support. We discuss the responsibilities, fees and terms before you decide.
Can you work alongside our existing HR person or team?
Yes. Our HR Team Extension service adds capacity and advice alongside an existing HR professional or team. We agree who owns each task and how we will work together.
