  Cornerstone Consulting Group (or CCG as we refer to them in the office), have supported us with general HR, recruitment and some training. It's easy to forget to dot the I’s and cross the T's with recruitment and performance management, but they drive the processes and policies that keep us on track.   I needed help with obtaining a contract for my own employee and also HR help for one of my current clients.  These people are awesome - quick and efficient turn around and very commercial.  Dealing with a HR expert has been a much more streamlined, efficient and smoother experience then trying to work directly with a commercial lawyer.   We have been using CCG for almost a year, and have been impressed by the level of expertise, responsiveness and ability to support our national business units across a variety of HR matters from contracts, IR, staff performance, processes, policies and culture. In particular, Grace at CCG has been a pleasure to work with and is highly responsive and flexible to meet our operational requirements and is always willing to listen and then provide tailored and measured advice.
